Some of these sims need to be high skilled.You can place them in homes or leave them homeless but I think the waiters/hostesses need to live in homes (not 100% sure). You want to add a LOT of sims to your world, ideally 100+. The user sakuraleon creates really amazing looking families and townies. These are not all sims you will necessarily play, but they will make up the residents and 'randoms' walking around the world. Start importing your own sim families, or downloaded ones from the gallery.In household management, delete any pre-existing townies and bin sims (assuming you don't want them there).Ideally, start a new save but you don't necessarily have to.It does take time and effort, but IMO it's worth it in the end. I can say that it's really, really nice playing in a world populated with ONLY your own hand selected beautiful sims.
